Let`s talk about our glorious body, the wisdom that it shares and the gift of movement...


We all share the same needs- to love and to be loved, to be at peace with ourselves and the world around us, to have a sense of connection and belonging, to be able to play without worry...

What if I told you that dance was one of the most fun things that we can do to 
fulfill our needs?


How?! you might ask...
You see the magic is always all around us and the ability to lead a life of joy is totally possible...but to get here we first must increase our awareness-this, like all of the rewarding things in life, is a practice, a process. We must be able to separate from the stories that our Dear Mind creates to experience the Truth of what is- and this, Dear Soul, comes from Presence. 

Presence can be cultivated through dance.

Dance is a profound way to nourish our mind, body and soul- there is a reason that every ancient culture danced.  From increasing the strength of our physical body to giving space for and allowing trapped energy to shift to connecting you with the Divine, there are sooo many benefits that we receive through movement medicine. I am honored to be able to share Heart to Heart GuiDance with you in various ways- through dance journeys, private sessions and exercise classes,
let`s get out of the head and into the body.
